If you’re dreaming of a romantic winter wedding in Austin, Texas, Alayna and Grahme’s celebration at Vintage Villas was truly unforgettable. Overlooking the sparkling blue of Lake Travis, their sunny wedding day was filled with warmth, joy, and rich, seasonal tones that made everything feel extra cozy and special.
Alayna wore a stunning Aleena Leena gown that caught the light in the most magical way. Their outdoor ceremony took place under the softest winter sun with the lake behind them and their closest people all around. I captured their day on both digital and 35mm film, which added such a nostalgic and timeless feeling to their portraits. There’s just something about film that holds emotion in the most beautiful way.
Inside the reception space, the tables were full of lush florals and candlelight. Everything felt elevated but inviting, with thoughtful touches that reflected the couple’s style and story. The atmosphere was romantic and relaxed, and the energy never dipped once the music kicked off and the espresso flowed.
Some of my favorite moments happened just after the ceremony when Alayna and Grahme stepped away for a few quiet portraits. The light was golden, the wind was soft, and you could feel the excitement settling into something even sweeter.
This winter wedding was a perfect example of how beautiful the season can be in Austin. With thoughtful details, an incredible view, and a whole lot of love, Alayna and Grahme’s day was everything a couple could hope for.
