A wedding at the Austin Proper means chic, modern, and romantic, and John and Rachel’s celebration was all of that and more. My favorite thing about film is how it makes even the simplest moments feel extraordinary. It catches someone mid-sentence, walking through a room, being silly, or with the wind in their hair. It puts you right back into that exact second. It does not have to be perfect to make you feel something, and their day was full of those kinds of moments.
From the glow of summer light to the heartfelt toasts that had everyone laughing and tearing up, their wedding was packed with emotion. I love toasts because the nerves of the ceremony fade and you can feel the real love and connection in the room. The flicker of candlelight added to the magic, wrapping the whole reception in a warm, romantic glow.
John and Rachel’s day was pretty in pink, filled with heartfelt moments, and the kind of celebration I will never forget.
